With the arrival of the Certate SW available from size 8000 to 18000, the Certate family is now a complete range that we offer to sea fishing enthusiasts, from Bass to Tuna.

Power and robustness

A true replacement for the Catalina, the Certate SW is equipped with a Monocoque frame, just like the Saltiga 20. This one-piece machined aluminum structure gives the Certate SW solidity and great robustness. The Monocoque Body also allows the reel to be fitted with a large Tough Digigear control wheel, with a large number of teeth for a significant gain in power. Another point in common with the Saltiga 20: the clicky ATD brake (Automatic Tournament Drag) is very noisy to allow the angler to adjust the cap precisely, not to mention the increased fishing pleasure. Sensations guaranteed!

Light and fluid

Thanks to its ZAION carbon Air Rotor, the rotation of the reel is smoother, lighter: a real gain in comfort for those who love strong fishing. A Magsealed bearing on the take-up roller, as well as the Magsealed oil present around the main axis of the reel, improve the tightness of the Certate SW against corrosive saline elements. In recovery, the comfort of rotation is unique. In combat, the roller offers perfect fluidity so as not to disturb the progressivity of the ATD brake.

Combat fists

The fast ratio models (H and XH models) are equipped with an oval handle that is soft to the touch and has great grip to fight with serenity and comfort against larger specimens. The slow ratio models (P models) are equipped with a round EVA handle, especially suitable for vertical fishing.
