Our main logistical partner is GLS. For deliveries to some countries we apply to services provided by FedEx, UPS, DHL.
All goods are shipped directly from our warehouse duly packed after an appropriate quality check.
In case person responsible for package reception does not appear at the stated delivery address, shipping company may contact the customer by phone with the purpose to check when it is appropriate to deliver the goods. The shipping company shall keep your package in its warehouse for 4-5 days before its return to the supplier.
Should you not receive your package within estimated time, you may contact us on email@example.com and we will take all required steps to help you to find your package.
SPAIN. Average delivery deadline to cities and towns of the peninsula is 24-72 hours for orders made on work days before 16:00. Delivery deadlines to Balearic Islands is 48-72 hours.
Shipment deadline to Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla is usually 3-7 work days (excluding time required for customs clearance).
- PORTUGAL. Shipment terms to Portugal is 48-72 hours.
- EUROPEAN UNION. For international deliveries within European Union delivery shipment is 3-5 work days.
For countries outside EU shipment terms is 5-10 work days.
We undertake deliveries all over the world.
Shipment terms may be changed taking into account days off and holidays. In case goods are ordered by an individual order, shipment deadline shall be discussed on an individual basis.
Shipment outside European Union are relieved of VAT and are regulated only by import tariffs effective in customer countries. Customer shall be obliged to be aware of his rights and obligations.
Exact shipment cost shall be automatically calculated in the purchase process depending on your purchase basket content and your delivery address. In the table below you will find shipment rates.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
In case of an erroneous choice or a need to change size of the goods or any other change in the original order, the goods may be returned unopened and unused with proper tags and manuals within an exchange deadline of 14 days.

Any other ways of notification like telephone or messengers shall not be applicable. After receipt of your request manager in charge will contact you to discuss details of your exchange.
Exchange rules shall not be valid for goods delivered on an individual order (those not included into our regular price list).
Buyer shall bear costs and responsibility for shipment of goods elected for exchange to our address for check and subsequent shipment of a new product.
In case when an exchangeable product was a part of a free shipment work order or the exchange is required due to a manufacturing defect, then seller shall bear shipment costs for goods elected for return and subsequent exchange.
In addition to an exchange option you also may return the goods within 14 days and request refunding for your purchase. Goods should be returned unopened and unused, with tags and manuals in perfect condition. Buyer shall bear costs for delivery of the goods to our warehouse. However, in case a return request occurs due to a manufacturing defect, seller shall bear costs for shipment to its warehouse.
Please bear in mind that if you elect to refuse your purchase, it is not allowed to use goods for 14 days The right to refuse goods exists only for the sake of goods examination, like in an ordinary store, where you take an item by your hands and examine it.
Goods delivered on individual orders (ones not included into our regular price list) shall not be accepted for return.
A request for goods return should be initially sent via a contact form on our web-site or via e-mail to info@pe12com. Any other ways of notification like telephone or messengers shall not be applicable. After receipt of your request manager in charge will contact you to discuss details of your return. After the goods are received at our warehouse, we will check its condition and give a refund with the help of the same payment form, which was issued for the order. The refund shall be effected within 14 days after the goods return. In case of any commission related to money transfer for the returned goods, it shall be deducted from the payment amount.
In all cases of goods return buyer should act via a courier company, and goods are to be delivered to our warehouse. We do not gather packages in post offices or self pick-up points.
We do not accept any associated or overhead cost incurred by the buyer (mail, banking, etc.) for refunding. They will be always declined.
If Buyer receives goods with evident transport packing integrity damage (dents, fractures, bends, etc.) it is essential to make pictures of damage BEFORE package opening and inspection of goods thus reserving an inquiry opportunity against shipping company, in case the goods are damaged in transportation.
With regards to any case, which stands out of a routine sale and purchase process we hold an opinion that costs related to count proceedings with our customer, are enormously higher for both parties than a compromise to be found under a pre-trial protocol. This is the reason why our company is always targeted at finding of peaceful settlement for any conflict and reinforcement of customer relationship.
